Full-Cycle Production

Russia's sole producer of high-purity, premium-grade ferrosilicon. The enterprise uses the best available technologies. Our furnaces are 100% equipped with gas cleaning equipment, achieving a cleaning efficiency exceeding 99.5%. We operate a zero-waste metallurgical process with a closed-loop water recycling system. The environmental management system complies with the international standard.

METALLURGICAL SLAG RECYCLING

Our partner companies process wastes from metallurgical enterprises, generated during metal smelting, transforming them into crushed stone and granulated materials for use in road building, cement manufacturing, as well as industrial and civil construction projects.

RECYCLING OF RUBBER PRODUCTS

New, environmentally-friendly production that uses clean, waste-free technology without pyrolysis and toxic emissions, allowing for the electromechanical processing of rubber products into sought-after products and valuable raw materials.

Environmentally-Friendly Raw Materials for Metallurgy

SGMK adheres to the global climate goals. Our partner companies collect ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal, providing a structural material that aligns with the principles of a circular economy; it is environmentally friendly and can be recycled an infinite number of times without losing its useful properties. Thanks to our activities, since 2019, metallurgical enterprises have reduced CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by more than 6.5 million tons.
